The name does not have letters like G for G********, N for Nasty, P for Politicians. Backstabbers, Spineless.
These words and many more go on to describe persons who are completely into themselves. Opportunistic who will never relent or refrain from doing anything that gives them the most mileage. On top of that, the icing on the cake comes from being Politicians. Smart asses who would like to blame everything on others while keeping the credit for themselves.
There is an old saying " Malaai Khana" which means after the complete work has been done, there will be a third person who has not done even a single piece of work to come in and enjoy the fruits of other people's hard work which has been accomplished through their blood and sweat.
I am not sure what happens to all the "Malai Eaters" in the long run who are nothing but "Non Performing Assets". They don't know how to do work, they have no idea about how to manage people, they play politics between their own set of people, allow favoritism etc.
The only thing they have is that they shoot their mouth off in front of anybody at any given time without even thinking that what they are saying is even right or wrong. In these gambles, at times they get caught and sometimes they don't. When they don't get caught, their "pseudo-confidence" increases to level that is beyond "Hyper". The moment it is the other way round, multiple excuses and blaming others start.
Selfishness, Insecurity are the two other traits that define the persons.
I can go on and on and rant about these shiny looking "fake leather creatures" but alas its just feels like wasting more time. They will continue to be like this and not change so let me close my entry here and let the readers second guess adjectives, examples and their feelings towards these type of people.
